2020 Fall Women Build logo
Join us for our Fall 2020 Women Build event as we build a home for Miatta and her sons in Johnson City. Due to the construction activities planned for these dates, volunteers must be at least 16 years old in order to #BuildStrong with us. All volunteers will be given a commemorative Women Build t-shirt and lunch will be provided at noon.

Due to Covid-19, the number of volunteers per day are limited to 6. Masks, eye protection and gloves must be worn at all times and there will also be a hand washing station available. Temperatures will be taken when you arrive on site. If your temperature is over 100.4 or you show signs of flu-like symptoms, you will not be allowed to volunteer.

#WomenBuild provides a safe place for women and girls to learn the skills needed to build a home, but that does not exclude men from participating in the project. Men and boys (16 and up) are invited to show their support for Women Build's spirit of empowerment and equality by joining in the event.

If you or your business would like to provide a financial sponsorship toward this project or provide meals for the construction volunteers please contact Mandy Penz at 423-239-7689 ext. 801 or email volunteer@holstonhabitat.org.

By signing up, you will be added to our email distribution list to receive updates on the happenings at Holston Habitat. We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law.
